I was completely naive and unprepared of the whirlwind i faced inheriting property that in no way, shape or form suited my family needs. My childhood home, belonging to my parents since before i could remember, was suddenly mine after four decades. Buying a new place, far from the area I had always known, was not on the forefront of my mind but i found myself looking at what, once upon a time, I would consider a dream home. A contingency offer, an option i wasn't even aware existed, was floated and accepted...at first Long story short, we made the offer and Mike sold my inherited home in 16 hours for a full cash offer. Caught off-guard and expecting the sale to take at least a week or three, we had to scramble to extract 40 years of generational "hoarding". Struggling to balance work and family obligations with emptying a home 40 minutes away, Mike selflessly offered, not only his own time, effort and expenses, but those of the talented professionals at his disposal. He has a "guy" for EVERYTHING and they show up on time and with short notice. Mike presented a very professional marketing strategy with photos, video, and website that no doubt helped in selling our home. A nice balance of professional service with a personal touch. Mike has a very aggressive marketing strategy that he used to quickly sell our home during a relocation out of the Dayton area. In a down market he had showings nearly every day and several open houses with great traffic. Mike was always available for discussions, emails, and text messaging and uses the latest technology to get your house seen in the market. If anyone has a house to sell in Dayton, OH I would highly recommend Mike!
