The House hunting Experience has been so exciting and Pleasurable.. Your attention to detail is extraordinary. We have enjoyed the tours around the area, Highlighting points of interest and the video tours of your listings. Eric and I sat in bed in our pj's and "toured" the homes on the video tour. So we knew we could trust him when we engaged his real estate marketing services this fall. When my wife and I turned 65 this year, one of our bucket list items was moving from the only home we had lived for 40 years into a condo. Tough transaction? Not with Mike! We just closed our second home transaction with Mike. I heard from a friend who visited Mike's open house that he was very impressive. He attends my church and I needed a new Realtor. So, I checked the newspaper, met Mike & he relisted my estate transaction, sold it fast and just sold my own home. The quick turn around, we feel, is from the Video Tour and personal interest that Mike shared with our needs. The buyer was very difficult, though Mike met with the other Realtor in person on a number of occasions to solidify our deal. Things could have been very stressful...Not with MIKE!
